Return Policy

30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.

Please note that due to health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as skincare tools and personal use items cannot be returned once opened.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start the return process, please contact our customer support at or call +1(251) 297-0014 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the items in the original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include the RAN: Make sure the Return Authorization Number is included inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided by our support team.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Size or Color Exchange
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same steps as for a return. Please note that exchange is subject to item availability.
