Change of Mind:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. To change your order, please contact us at support@vandamor.de within this timeframe.
Returns:
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Contact us at support@vandamor.de to start your return; returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted.
Damaged Items:
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Items:
We are not liable for items lost or stolen after they're confirmed delivered by the courier.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return it and once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
